Appreciate the full moon tonight!

Allah Ta`ala created the sun and the moon as His two signs(ayahs) roaming in our in our sky. The Qur-aan describe the sun as a glow light and the moon a gentle lamp (Nur) and also that both of them serve as a means for humans to calculate Years and days.(10:5)

Unlike the sun, the moon allows us to appreciate its beauty and change throughout the lunar month. In fact the moon brought the concept of ‘’month’’ to both lunar and solar calendars. The end of a lunar month should remind us of our end and old days. The Qur-aan says: ‘’And for the moon We have appointed measured phases, until it turned (pale, curved and fine) like an old branch of date palm.’’(36:39) Allah Ta`ala has preferred the lunar calendar over the solar one. (9:36)

An ayah is like Maqaame Ibrahim; that is we are called to look and ponder over it so as to nurture our conviction on Allahs greatness and Supremacy. Hence we are advised by Shariah to look up in the sky so as to recognize with how exactness that Allah Taala control His creations and also with a complete might. Likewise He controls every single atom on earth.

Tonight is full moon almost everywhere in the world. So look at the moon tonight to discover the artist way of Allah Taala, His Majesty to enhance a dark night world with a soft white light. The beloved prophet SwalallahouAlaihi wasallam, attracted the sahabahs attention towards the full moon and described the easiness and global sight of the full moon as to when we will all see Allah Ta`ala in Jannah.(Bukhari)

Furthermore, the beloved prophet SAW described the face of those VVIP ummatis who pleased Allah going to Jannah with their faces shining like the full moon(Bukhari).

Know that the beloved prophet Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam was requested by Makkans to split the moon. He did it, indicating with his fingers in Makkah. (Bukhari)

And furthermore do appreciate more tonights full moon because some sahabahs compared the full moon and the Mubarak face of the beloved prophet SwalallahouAlaihi Wasallam:

The beloved prophet Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam was physically highly built with big joints and His face was shining like the full moon…’’(Shama-il Tirmizi)

Jabir Ibn Samourah r.a. sitting by the prophet during a 14th night concluded that the Mubarak face of the prophet Swallahou `Alaihi wa sallam was more handsome and brilliant than the full moon!(Shamail Tirmizi).

And when the girls and women of Madinah first welcomed the beloved prophet Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam entering the city of Madinah, they sang rightfully: ‘’The full moon has risen over us! From the point of farewell place…’’(Seerah Nabawiyah-Ibn Katheer)

The beloved prophet Swalallahou Alaihi wasallam used to shyly turn his gays whenever he would look at the moon. All this to finally tell you that ulamas described the split of the moon as the heart operations that the beloved prophet SwalallahouAlaihi Wasallam endured several times. He still had the scar of the operations over his chest. His face recalled those who saw him as radiant and complete as the full moon. As the moon face us with only one facet, the beloved prophet was also simultaneously directly connected to Allah Taala and also connected to his followers. Know that his mission was to establish faith and salaah around the world. Tonight look at the full moon. The beloved prophets eyes lastly fall upon the all the lot of sahabas performing Fajr salaah. The deen was complete and full as the full moon that time. Today our deen and moon is only 5% or 10% performing salaahs. Let`s stand together doing gashts together until we complete the moon and the saffs of masjid as 100% as the full moon! The ladies should be fully with their salaahs at the first times at home 100%. No joke, we will be questioned on this responsibility.
