Bismihi Ta`ala

*THE GRATEFUL AND THE UNGRATEFUL.**Allah Ta`ala has created the world and the human race to appreciate and value the good qualities and good actions of humans. Allah Ta`ala will continue to support the life of the universe until there is an iota of faith existing on the surface of the earth. The day that humans will have no spec of imaan on One Allah, then Allah Ta`ala will destroy everything existing on earth. Because on that day, there will be only ungrateful kaafirs on the surface of the earth.*الَّذِي خَلَقَ الْمَوْتَ وَالْحَيَاةَ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفُورُ  [الملك : 2]
‘’*The One who has created death and life so that He may test you that from amongst you, who excels in good action.’’(67:2)*صحيح مسلم – /  حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ أَخْبَرَنَا ثَابِتٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ حَتَّى لَا يُقَالَ فِي الْأَرْضِ اللَّهُ اللَّهُ
 *The beloved prophet Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam said: ‘’The day of judgement will not come unless there is no one in the world that is saying the Mubarak name of Allah! Allah!’’-Muslim*صحيح مسلم – ()حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَهْدِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْأَقْمَرِ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِعَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ إِلَّا عَلَى شِرَارِ النَّاسِ
 *Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam said: ‘’The day of judgement will dawn upon the worst of humans.’’(Muslim)**Allah Ta`ala has created Faith and gratefulness as opposite to Kufr and ungratefulness. He has created opposites in this world for us to ponder upon. He created light and darkness. Day and Night. Guidance and blindness. Then Allah Ta`ala ask us whether these opposites are equal? They are not. So in the same way, any divinity besides Allah is null and void*.

قُلْ مَنْ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ قُلِ اللَّهُ قُلْ أَفَاتَّخَذْتُمْ مِنْ دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ لِأَنْفُسِهِمْ نَفْعًا وَلَا ضَرًّا قُلْ هَلْ يَسْتَوِي الْأَعْمَى وَالْبَصِيرُ أَمْ هَلْ تَسْتَوِي الظُّلُمَاتُ وَالنُّورُ [الرعد : 16] 
*Allah Ta`ala has created us, moulded us, nourished us and then bestowed all favours of life upon us. Then He only wants us to be gratefully believe in Him.*مَا يَفْعَلُ اللَّهُ بِعَذَابِكُمْ إِنْ شَكَرْتُمْ وَآمَنْتُمْ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ شَاكِرًا عَلِيمًا [النساء : 147]

‘’*What would Allah get by punishing you, if only you could be grateful and have faith? ‘’(4:147)**Gratefulness is imaan. Ungratefulness is Kufr.**That is why we start salaah with Alhamdulillahi Rabbil `aalameen, thanking Allah Ta`ala.**Gratefulness to Allah, associating no one to Him, be grateful to Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam, sending lots of dourouds upon him and also be grateful to your parents and others.*

وَإِذْ أَخَذْنَا مِيثَاقَ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ لَا تَعْبُدُونَ إِلَّا اللَّهَ وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَانًا وَذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَقُولُوا لِلنَّاسِ حُسْنًا وَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَآتُوا الزَّكَاةَ ثُمَّ تَوَلَّيْتُمْ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا مِنْكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ مُعْرِضُون [البقرة : 83]  
 *Reported that Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam said: ‘’The one who is not grateful towards humans will not be grateful towards Allah’’(Abu Dawood)*سنن أبى داود – )عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَشْكُرُ اللَّهَ مَنْ لَا يَشْكُرُ النَّاسَ*And note that gratefulness bring barakats in the present life and ungratefulness bring sourness to life*.  صحيح البخاري – ()حدثني أبي عن سعيد بن أبي سعيد عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول من سره أن يبسط له في رزقه وأن ينسأ له في أثره فليصل رحمه
 *Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam said: ‘’One who wish to have abundance of sustenance and have long life, then he should keep good family ties.’’(Bukhari)**May Allah Ta`ala makes us grateful servants of His, followers of sunnah of Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam and grateful to whosoever favoured us during the path of our life.*
