*THE FOOT STEPS OF BILAAL R.A.-Part 1.
*I wish to share with you a beautiful path of the seerah of our beloved prophet Muhammad Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam and his companions. Indeed, there is light and guidance in every foot step of Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam to a joyful life in this world and also attain divine salvation in the aakhirah/here after. That is why, we should continue reading the seerah of Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam and look for the path mark of Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam wherever on the ground he walked and perform 2 rakaats in that spot. Allah Ta`ala has sent a mercy, a well guided prophet, and a light house to the whole humanity until the end of the day of Judgement.I am writing these few words to enlighten the world that Islam has never left a scar of racism, nor intolerance nor did it contribute to an unjust kind of monarchy to human race. Rather Islam purified the world from the pollution of unjust monarchs and illiterate barbars. When the breeze of the ideology of Islam blew over Africa, Asia and Europe, it won their hearts because of its beauty of equality, better living standards and and also it brought stability in the heart. Because it was easier to become a loyal servant of ONE UNIQUE God than a confusing 3 = 1, 1= 3 or so many idols that heat the head. The exactness of the sunrise/sunset, the orbit of the moon, the position of the stars, the tides and the seasons years after years confirm the concept of ONE MANAGER that manage everything without exception. Not two or three. The Coran says: ‘’Had there been another deity besides Allah in the world and the skies, then there would have been havoc in both of them.’’(21:22)لَوْ كَانَ فِيهِمَا آلِهَةٌ إِلَّا اللَّهُ لَفَسَدَتَا فَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَرْشِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ [الأنبياء : 22]
Because God is the being that rule and no one rule over his domain. So had there been another God besides Allah, then he would have imposed his rule over the world and there would have been a fight for power in the skies such that we would have witnessed it by mutations and changes in the established natural trend of the sun, moon, tides, etc. That is why there is only ONE GOD. ONE CREATOR, HE IS THE MANAGER. Say Laa ilaaha illAllah, There is no deity except Allah.وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ اللَّيْلُ وَالنَّهَارُ وَالشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ لَا تَسْجُدُوا لِلشَّمْسِ وَلَا لِلْقَمَرِ وَاسْجُدُوا لِلَّهِ الَّذِي خَلَقَهُنَّ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ إِيَّاهُ تَعْبُدُونَ [فصلت : 37]‘’Amongst His signs are the night, the day, the sun and the moon. So do not prostrate yourselves to the sun nor the moon. But rather prostrate yourselves to Allah who has created them all, if it is Him that you worship.’’(41:37) We worship only Allah Ta`ala. Not Muhammad S.A.W. Hazrat Abu Bakr r.a. clearly stated on the very day that the prophet Muhammad Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam left this world:’’Listen properly: Those who used to worship Muhammad Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam, well know that Muhammad has died. But those who used to pray Allah, then know that Allah is Alive and will never die.’’(Bukhari) صحيح البخاري – ()فلما تكلم أبو بكر جلس عمر فحمد الله أبو بكر وأثنى عليه وقال ألا من كان يعبد محمدا صلى الله عليه وسلم فإن محمدا قد مات ومن كان يعبد الله فإن الله حي لا يموت وقال{ إنك ميت وإنهم ميتون }وقال{ وما محمد إلا رسول قد خلت من قبله الرسل أفإن مات أو قتل انقلبتم على أعقابكم ومن ينقلب على عقبيه فلن يضر الله شيئا وسيجزي الله الشاكرين }After that khutbah of Abu Bakr r.a., sahabahs r.a. finally digested the sad demise of their habeeb and that the colours of life have faded, but still they should force themselves to live to uplift the colours of deene Muhammad SwalallAhou Alaihi Wasallam around the globe. The only wish they had was that they should try their utmost to live and die without displeasing Allah and His prophet Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam. Their Eid will be the day they will die and meet the prophet Muhammad Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam.On that Monday morning, the 12th of Rabi`ul Awal of 11th year hijri, the beloved prophet Muhammad Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam left this world. The azaan of Zohr was given by a weeping Bilaal r.a. He used to indicate towards Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam when reaching on Ash hadou anna Muhammadar Rasouloullah. So when he reached there in Azaan that day, the sahaabahs cried profusely on the fact that now the prophet Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam was no more alive.(Hayatus Sahabah).
حياة الصحابة – الكاندهلوي – وأخرج عن موسى بن محمد بن إِبراهيم التَّيْمي عن أبيه قال: لما توفي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أذّن بلال رضي الله عنه ورسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لم يقبر، فكان إذا قال: أشهد أنَّ محمداً رسول الله إنتحب الناس في المسجد.
I am going to talk on a man named Bilaal r.a. who was amongst the 1st seven person to accept Islam, who persevered through the trials of persecution in Makkah, who became the first one to call the public salaah announcement Azaan, who was the treasurer of the financial state of baytul maal, who was in whole the great announcer of the foot steps of Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam. In brief, you would see Bilaal r.a. come out with the Mubarak left over water of Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam, he would call for azaan, put the stick in front and then came out was the Nabi of Allah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam to lead sahabahs in salaah.صحيح مسلم -حَدَّثَنَا عَوْنُ بْنُ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمَكَّةَ وَهُوَ بِالْأَبْطَحِ فِي قُبَّةٍ لَهُ حَمْرَاءَ مِنْ أَدَمٍ قَالَ فَخَرَجَ بِلَالٌ بِوَضُوئِهِ فَمِنْ نَائِلٍ وَنَاضِحٍ قَالَ فَخَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِ حُلَّةٌ حَمْرَاءُ كَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى بَيَاضِ سَاقَيْهِ قَالَ فَتَوَضَّأَ وَأَذَّنَ بِلَالٌ قَالَ فَجَعَلْتُ أَتَتَبَّعُ فَاهُ هَا هُنَا وَهَا هُنَا يَقُولُ يَمِينًا وَشِمَالًا يَقُولُ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ قَالَ ثُمَّ رُكِزَتْ لَهُ عَنَزَةٌ فَتَقَدَّمَ
He was with the prophet Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam during the Madinah stay and travelled with Him in His journeys. He never took leave from the azaan except for 3 days in the whole seerah of Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam. His foot steps announced the foot steps of Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam. Behold, he was black, he was from Africa, was a slave, freed and became the symbol of the call of Islam. He reached such places that other men dreamt to reach. He was a leader of muslims named Sayyiduna Bilaal r.a. A man who has the barkah of Islam imprinted in his hand, are you ready to take from it?صحيح مسلم – (3 / 67)صحيح مسلم – ()قَالَ زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ حَدَّثَنَا عَوْنُ بْنُ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمَكَّةَ وَهُوَ بِالْأَبْطَحِ فِي قُبَّةٍ لَهُ حَمْرَاءَ مِنْ أَدَمٍ قَالَ فَخَرَجَ بِلَالٌ بِوَضُوئِهِ فَمِنْ نَائِلٍ وَنَاضِحٍ قَالَ فَخَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِ حُلَّةٌ حَمْرَاءُ كَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى بَيَاضِ سَاقَيْهِ قَالَ فَتَوَضَّأَ وَأَذَّنَ بِلَالٌ قَالَ فَجَعَلْتُ أَتَتَبَّعُ فَاهُ هَا هُنَا وَهَا هُنَا يَقُولُ يَمِينًا وَشِمَالًا يَقُولُ حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَيَّ عَلَى الْفَلَاحِ قَالَ ثُمَّ رُكِزَتْ لَهُ عَنَزَةٌ فَتَقَدَّمَ فَصَلَّى الظُّهْرَ رَكْعَتَيْن
Islam has honoured any person who step forward on its principle, be that person an African, a jew, an Arab, A Persian or a European. The rainbow colour skin around Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam is a landmark of the sunnah. Today, look for such effort that encompasses and provide shelter for that rainbow colour of skins to know the true sunnah group. This colour of Islam will not change until qiyaamah.
