Bismihi Ta’ala
*The 1/3 shar’ee denomitor.*
*When eating 
, sunnah to eat 1/3 of your stomach, 1/3 water 
and keep 1/3 for air.(Tirmizi)*
وَحَبِيبُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ جَابِرٍ الطَّائِيِّ عَنْ مِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبَ قَالَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَا مَلَأَ آدَمِيٌّ وِعَاءً شَرًّا مِنْ بَطْنٍ بِحَسْبِ ابْنِ آدَمَ أُكُلَاتٌ يُقِمْنَ صُلْبَهُ فَإِنْ كَانَ لَا مَحَالَةَ فَثُلُثٌ لِطَعَامِهِ وَثُلُثٌ لِشَرَابِهِ وَثُلُثٌ لِنَفَسِهِترمذي
*From hadith it is said that if out of your income, you keep 1/3 investment savings, spend 1/3 your income in sadaqah/fi sabilillah and spend 1/3 of income on family, then Insha Allah your rizq is guaranteed from the sky(Tabrani)*
حَدَّثَنا إسْحاقُ بْنُ إبْراهِيمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ الأعْمَشِ، عَنْ أبِي وائِلٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، «أنَّ رَجُلًا بَيْنا هُوَ يَسْقِي زَرْعًا لَهُ إذْ رَأى غَيابَةً تَرَّهْيا فَسَمِعَ فِيها صَوْتًا: أنِ اسْقِ أرْضَ فُلانٍ، فاتَّبِعَ الصَّوْتَ حَتّى انْتَهى إلى الأرْضِ الَّتِي سُمِّيَتْ، فَسَألَ صاحِبَها ما عَمَلُكَ فِيها؟ قالَ: إنِّي أُعِيدُ فِيها ثُلُثًا، وأتَصَدَّقُ بِثُلُثٍ، وأحْبِسُ لِأهْلِي ثُلُثًاالطبراني
*The maximum of testament will for a non heir is one third of the estate.(Muslim)*
وحَدَّثَنِي القاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيّا، حَدَّثَنا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ زائِدَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ المَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أبِيهِ، قالَ: عادَنِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ، فَقُلْتُ: أُوصِي بِمالِي كُلِّهِ؟ قالَ: «لا»، قُلْتُ: فالنِّصْفُ؟ قالَ: «لا»، فَقُلْتُ: أبِالثُّلُثِ؟ فَقالَ: «نَعَمْ، والثُّلُثُ كَثِيرٌ»صحيح مسلم
*To attain the apogée of your life ambitions and abundance in aakhirah, then wake up during the last third time of the night in tahajjud. Allah Ta’ala announces during that time: Who is going to ask me du’as now so that I may answer his quest? Who want to ask Me something so that I may fulfill his wish? Who wants forgiveness? Now I will forgive him.(Bukhari)*
عَنِ ابْنِ شِهابٍ، عَنْ أبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الأغَرِّ، عَنْ أبِي هُرَيْرَةَ: أنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قالَ: «يَنْزِلُ رَبُّنا تَبارَكَ وتَعالى كُلَّ لَيْلَةٍ إلى السَّماءِ الدُّنْيا، حِينَ يَبْقى ثُلُثُ اللَّيْلِ الآخِرُ فَيَقُولُ: مَن يَدْعُونِي فَأسْتَجِيبَ لَهُ، مَن يَسْألُنِي فَأُعْطِيَهُ، مَن يَسْتَغْفِرُنِي فَأغْفِرَ لَهُ»بخاري
*With less food on the stomach, the ambitions to maximize sawaab and wealth in aakhirah, spend a fraction of your wealth in fi sabilillah, then expect insha Allah the forever inheritance of paradise without difficulty enhanced when you daily wake up in tahajjud, in the last third portion of the night.
