Insha Allah, I will be going for Umrah in April 2015 and wish to perform more than one Umrah whilst being there on different days ofcourse. My first Umrah will start from Madina and such I will take the meeqat of Madina. Do I need to return to the meeqat near to Madina to perform the 2nd Umrah?

No. after entering Makkah, your miqaat for another Umrah would be Tan`eem (Masjid Aisha r.a.). We have numerous sahabas saying and established sunnah on the subject.
