From where can we make niyyat for another umra if we are already in Makkah?

From whence you have completed your umrah and have come out of ihram. When you have cut your hair, then you may proceed to Masjid Aisha or to Arafah so as to make niyyat there. Once there, pray 2 rakats salaah and make niyat for another umrah.
