Can you plesae tell me what should I do if I cannot fast in ramadan due to illness..I really have a serious disease and I have to take my medicines..and I also have some qaza swam of previous ramadan..what should i do as kaffara.

Please find the amount value of Sadaqatul fitr in your country and pay this amount for each day missed. You are not sinful since you are sick. But do pay the kaffarah. If you have no means for kaffarah, then you only need to do istighfar.
