Is it allowed to use miswaak before making wudhu even if we are observing a fast?

Recommended to use miswaak even during fasting. In fact the moisture of the mouth does not break the fast. Imam Bukhari r.a. brought ahadiths that the prophet was performing miswaak even during fasting. The holy prophet peace be upon him said:’’The miswaak cleans the mouth and pleases Allah.’’ Bukhari
