Is it necessary to take a share of qurbani for our Prophet Muhammad (saw), each time we make qurbani? What should we do with the meat of the share of the prophet SAW?

It is not necessary, but it is permissible.One may take one third for oneself, one third for the poor and one third for the relatives.
