If I have a debt (which I intend to pay in installments) and at the same time I have nisaab zakaat, doI need to repay the debt before performing qurbaani?

If the net amount of your money after deducting your debts is more than Rs 30000, then Qurbani is waajib upon you. If your net amount is less than Rs 30000, then Qurbani is not wajib upon you.
