One of the heirs among 6 do not agree to sell a piece of land left by my mother so that the money is distributed. What can be done in this case.

If the land is divisible, then take out his share from the lot and sell the rest. But if it is not possible, then sell the whole lot and give him his share of money according to the shariah rule described below.
