We bought bulls from a parc owned by a Muslim brother and as per the ear tags the bulls were already 2 years old. However when we have slaughtered the bulls we have noticed that none of the three bulls had the 2 teeth. Please advise.

You should redo your qurbani since these bulls did not have 2 years. Honesty has gone rare in this issue. We have no other means but to verify that the animal has 2 teeths.
