Is it true someone suffering from an incurable disease is a jannati?

No one can claim somebody else or himself as jannati. But there are sawaab and recompense for any hardship endured during sickness. As such for those who passed away it is better to say that ‘’the deceased was a good person and may Allah Ta`ala grant him jannatul firdost.’’
