If we seek sincere forgiveness of Allah for hurting a person and if we seek the aggrieved person’s forgiveness but the latter does not forgive us, can Allah still accept our repentance?

Repentance will only be complete if that paerson forgive you. Else you may send gifts and try to compensate the person in terms of good manners and salaams. Give some sadaqah in that person`s name and inform him.
