If i’am in the Holy City and i got my menses, i should stay at the hotel till am clean anew ? meaning i cant visit any mosque ?

Should stay away from entering any masjid including masjid al haraam. Your mahram may bring for you Zamzam water and dates. Else if you find a view from the hotels nearby over Ka`bah, then you may sit in that hotel to see the Ka`bah.
