If a woman is wealthy and wants to perform Hajj (for the first time) and she dont have any mahram, what should she do ?

She should wait to have a mahram first. In fact she should pay for the mahram also to accompany her. In case she can`t find someone, then she should make a wasiyat that someone may perform hajj for her after her death.
