If a person has gold of Rs 83000. If he calculate it on 2.5 % its value will be Rs2075. Is it correct?

How many grams do he possess? Does he has other money? All these details needed. If someone has 80 grams of gold and no cash (or less than Rs 7000), then no Zakkat applicable.
