I don’t want to have my periods during Ramadaan because this makes me lose enthusiasm and faith to fast and pray during the holy month. What do I have to do so that I don’t have it or any specific duah can I ask from Allah?

Read this dua:; Allahoumma a`inni `ala zikrika wa shoukrika wa housni ibadatik.
You may consult a gynaecologist so as to take medication to postpone your menses. Some ulamas have given permission for that.
