When we slaughtered our qurbani animal, we found a baby in it’s stomach. Is it halal to eat this baby?

No, unless you found it alive and you made zabah by saying Bismillah. (Shaami) That’s why if you know that the qurbani animal is pregnant, you should not slaughter it, for fear that the baby would die in the stomach and hence it would be haram. There will be no choice left except throwing it (the dead baby).
