Should a person going for hajj also take a qurbaani part in Mauritius as well?

If that person is doing 15 days or more in Makkah, then he is not a musafir. So he must do annual qurbani as well. Else if the Haji is spending less than 15 days in Makkah, then the Haji is a musafir and need not offer the annual qurbani. Understand more on travelling maslas on the web: ‘’masla du voyage.’’
