*ONLY ALLAH TA’ALA IS SHAHENSHAH*
*There is a beautiful naat named “Hum ne ankhon se dekha nahi hein magar” where there is mention that Rasouloullah Swalallahou Alaihi Wasallam is “Shahenshah” or “King of Kings”. This title cannot be said to any human. King of Kings or Shahenshah is only Allah Ta’ala.*
باب تحريم قوله: شاهنشاه للسلطان وغيره لأن معناه ملك الملوك، ولا يوصف بذلك غير الله عزوجل
١٧٢٤ – وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن النبيِّ ﷺ قال: «إنَّ أَخْنَعَ اسْمٍ عِنْدَ اللهِ عز وجل رَجُلٌ تَسَمَّى مَلِكَ الأَمْلاَكِ». متفق عليه.
قال سُفيانُ بن عُيَيْنَةَ: «مَلِكُ الأَمْلاَكِ» مِثْلُ: شَاهِنْ شَاهِ
*Rasouloullah Swalallahou Alaihi Wasallam did justice to wordings in his naat. Once in Madinah, in a wedding, a small girl of the ansaar was saying a naat in front of him. She mistakenly said:” Between us is a Prophet that knows tomorrow.” So Rasouloullah Swalallahou Alaihi Wasallam stopped her on that line and told her to omit only this line and then told her to continue saying the naat.”(Bukhari)*
الرُّبَيِّعُ بِنْتُ مُعَوِّذِ بْنِ عَفْرَاءَ:
جَاءَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ فَدَخَلَ حِينَ بُنِيَ عَلَيَّ، فَجَلَسَ عَلَى فِرَاشِي كَمَجْلِسِكَ مِنِّي، فَجَعَلَتْ جُوَيْرِيَاتٌ لَنَا، يَضْرِبْنَ بِالدُّفِّ وَيَنْدُبْنَ مَنْ قُتِلَ مِنْ آبَائِي يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ، إِذْ قَالَتْ إِحْدَاهُنَّ: وَفِينَا نَبِيٌّ يعلم ما في غد، فقال: (دعي هذا، وقولي بالذي كنت تقولين).
