*FOLLOW THE ICON OF RECONCILIATION:HAZRAT HASSAN R.A.*

*War for power and rule have always been the major reason for splits and blood spill in the world. In fact, in reference to that human quality of greed for power and wealth that angels objected for his creation: ‘’And (remember) when your Lord said to the angels: “Verily, I am going to place (mankind) to populace the earth.” They said: “Will You place therein those who will make mischief therein and shed blood.’’(2:30)*
*In Islamic history, there is someone that becomes emblematic as far as reconciliation is concerned. There could be no lineage that could be more honourable than the direct progeny of Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam. The beloved prophet Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam on numerous occasions said that Hassan and Hussein r.a. are his two descendants that are as if his own sons. In fact many times Rasouloullah Swalallahou Alaihi Wasallam quote Hassan and Hussein as ‘’My two sons’’.*
*At their generation, no one could equal to the noble lineage that they held of being the chosen children to bear the descendant and progeny of Sayyids/Ashraaf. Their piety and knowledge is still benefitted by ulamas today. Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam said: ‘’Hassan and Hussein are the two chief of the youth of Jannah.’’(Tirmizi) Remember that they are the ascribed entitled of that noble lineage that would be the core of nobility around the world. Sayyids/Ashraaf originally cannot take Zakaat and if they are poor, then they are more meritorious of one fifth of war booty than any other poor. In fact the beloved prophet Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam ordered us to take great care of his kin.(Muslim)*

ثُمَّ قَالَ قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمًا فِينَا خَطِيبًا بِمَاءٍ يُدْعَى خُمًّا بَيْنَ مَكَّةَ وَالْمَدِينَةِ فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ وَأَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ وَوَعَظَ وَذَكَّرَ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَمَّا بَعْدُ أَلَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ فَإِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ يُوشِكُ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ رَسُولُ رَبِّي فَأُجِيبَ وَأَنَا تَارِكٌ فِيكُمْ ثَقَلَيْنِ أَوَّلُهُمَا كِتَابُ اللَّهِ فِيهِ الْهُدَى وَالنُّورُ فَخُذُوا بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ وَاسْتَمْسِكُوا بِهِ فَحَثَّ عَلَى كِتَابِ اللَّهِ وَرَغَّبَ فِيهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ وَأَهْلُ بَيْتِي أُذَكِّرُكُمْ اللَّهَ فِي أَهْلِ بَيْتِي أُذَكِّرُكُمْ اللَّهَ فِي أَهْلِ بَيْتِي أُذَكِّرُكُمْ اللَّهَ فِي أَهْلِ بَيْتِي

*The great oncoming reformateur Muhammad Ibn Abdillah Al mahdi will be from the progeny of Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam. And beware he will redress the whole corrupted world in ONE NIGHT(Ibn Majah). One night Babe. One night. We am waiting for that night Babe.*

عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ ابْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَهْدِيُّ مِنَّا أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ يُصْلِحُهُ اللَّهُ فِي لَيْلَةٍ

*All this to tell you that there was no noble like Hassan and yet he stepped down from Khilafah willing fully to set a peace environment in the Islamic world. In fact he proved to us that winning or ruling is not the last word. Rather to choose the best for the ummah is the last word. The beloved prophet Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam predicted this reconciliation on his Mubarak Mimbar: ‘’This son of mine is a great chief. Soon Allah Ta`ala will accept him to bring reconciliation between two great groups of the muslim Ummah.’’(Bukhari)*

إن ابني هذا سيد ولعل الله أن يصلح به بين فئتين عظيمتين من المسلمين

*To step down is not loosing. The muhadiths and historians all agree of the fact that Hassan r.a. was better than Hussein r.a. And yet Hassan stepped down to reconciliate with the other party. He was no more khalifah.*
*Over here also when there are splits on issues of being the inherited child or grand child, then who are we not to step down for the benefit of the work and the upliftment of the situation of the ummah?*
