Bismihi Ta’ala 

*CHOOSE THE MOST PURE HALAAL FOOD.*

*On waking up after 300 years, the miracled youths of the cave(Ashabal Kahf) expressed themselves hungry and delegated someone between them to buy “*THE MOST PURE HALAAL FOOD” on the market:* 

فابْعَثُوا أحَدَكُمْ بِوَرِقِكُمْ هذِهِ إلى المَدِينَةِ فَلْيَنْظُرْ أيُّها أزْكى طَعامًا فَلْيَأْتِكُمْ بِرِزْقٍ مِنهُ 

“*_So errand one amongst you with these silver coins to the city so that he may choose to buy THE MOST PURE HALAAL FOOD and and let him bring to you some food from that city._*”(18:19)*

*To be ultra precautionary in quest of the most pure halaal food is the sunnah of prophets and awliya(friends of Allah)*

*Reported in Muslim shareef that Rasouloullah Swalallahou Alaihi Wasallam said :* 

“*_O people! Allah Ta’ala is pure and He accepts only those that are pure. And Allah Ta’ala has ordained the same prescription for the Muslims as he ordained for the prophets: And he SAW read_*_*: “O prophets! Eat what is pure and so do good actions. Am Knower of your performances.”(23:51)_* 

*_Then he read: “O believers eat from the purest that We provided for you._*”(2:172)

عَنْ أبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قالَ: قالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «أيُّها النّاسُ، إنَّ اللهَ طَيِّبٌ لا يَقْبَلُ إلّا طَيِّبًا، وإنَّ اللهَ أمَرَ المُؤْمِنِينَ بِما أمَرَ بِهِ المُرْسَلِينَ، فَقالَ: ﴿يا أيُّها الرُّسُلُ كُلُوا مِنَ الطَّيِّباتِ واعْمَلُوا صالِحًا، إنِّي بِما تَعْمَلُونَ عَلِيمٌ﴾ [المؤمنون ٥١] وقالَ: ﴿يا أيُّها الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُلُوا مِن طَيِّباتِ ما رَزَقْناكُمْ﴾ [البقرة ١٧٢]

صحيح مسلم

*When we take care to choose the most sure of halaal food source, opting for most halaal earning avenues and skipping haraam transactions for halaal ones in our daily life, then we have taken the road of acceptance in front of Allah. Allah Ta’ala is Pure and He will accept only those servants of His that are careful on their halaal diet.*

*Reported in Tabrani that Once hazrat Sa’d ra stood and requested Rasouloullah Swalallahou Alaihi Wasallam to plead Allah Ta’ala so that he may become to the level of “Mustajab Da’awat”(One who ALLAH Ta’ala accept his du’as).*

*So Rasouloullah Swalallahou Alaihi Wasallam advised him:* “*_O Sa’d! CHOOSE TO EAT THE MOST PURE HALAAL FOOD , then surely you will become mustajabud Da’awat.”_*(Tabrani) 

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبّاسٍ قالَ: تُلِيَتْ هَذِهِ الآيَةُ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ: ﴿يا أيُّها النّاسُ كُلُوا مِمّا فِي الأرْضِ حَلالًا طَيِّبًا﴾ [البقرة ١٦٨] فَقامَ سَعْدُ بْنُ أبِي وقّاصٍ، فَقالَ: يا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، ادْعُ اللَّهَ أنْ يَجْعَلَنِي مُسْتَجابَ الدَّعْوَةِ، فَقالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: «يا سَعْدُ أطِبْ مَطْعَمَكَ تَكُنْ مُسْتَجابَ الدَّعْوَةِ، والَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ، إنَّ العَبْدَ لَيَقْذِفُ اللُّقْمَةَ الحَرامَ فِي جَوْفِهِ ما يُتَقَبَّلُ مِنهُ عَمَلَ أرْبَعِينَ يَوْمًا، وأيُّما عَبْدٍ نَبَتَ لَحْمُهُ مِنَ السُّحْتِ والرِّبا فالنّارُ أوْلى بِهِ»

لا يُرْوى هَذا الحَدِيثُ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ إلّا بِهَذا الإسْنادِ، تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ الِاحْتِياطِيُّ “

المعجم الأوسط ٦/‏٣١٠ — الطبراني

*Although the above is a weak hadith, but its meaning is strengthened by the following hadith  of Sahih Muslim:”*

ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ الرَّجُلَ يُطِيلُ السَّفَرَ أشْعَثَ أغْبَرَ، يَمُدُّ يَدَيْهِ إلى السَّماءِ، يا رَبِّ، يا رَبِّ، ومَطْعَمُهُ حَرامٌ، ومَشْرَبُهُ حَرامٌ، ومَلْبَسُهُ حَرامٌ، وغُذِيَ بِالحَرامِ، فَأنّى يُسْتَجابُ لِذَلِكَ؟»

*Then Rasouloullah Swalallahou Alaihi Wasallam mentioned the example of a traveller who became in a desperate dusty, hair disheveled  making Du’as, stretching his arms pleading Allah Ta’ala “* *_O my Lord! Please O my Lord! ”..But he ate haraam food, he drank haraam, his clothing are from haraam source and he was fed with haraam, So how could his Du’as be answered?_*”(Sahih Muslim)

*So haraam food and haraam earnings prevent our du’as from being accepted.*

*Nowadays has the ummah been flooded with haraam interest dealings and fed with mechanically slaughtered meat that is preventing our Du’as to be accepted against our open day enemies? A point to reflect.*

*Many restaurants are serving meat with halaal labels that come Brazil and Europe and yet they are not halaal. Because they are not hand slaughtered by Muslims with Bismillah. *Industrial mechanical slaughtering has flooded the meat/chicken market such that it is the cheapest and easiest available.*

*So wherever you are in the world  , be it in Saudi or Egypt, Europe or Asia, choose the most pure HALAAL food. Enquire before you eat. Alhamdulillah, I met up with a family that consume meat  and chicken  that they themselves slaughter with their hands. So this is the highest precautionary level. Masha ALLAH.* 

*Although if a food has been verified free from mechanical slaughtering, free from haraam pig or predator animals and haraam insect ingredients, crustaceans then it is halaal to consume.*

*Time to switch up your level of halaal precaution to the most precautionary halaal certifying bodies.*

*For qubuliyat and Du’as acceptance,choose highest pure HALAAL food please.*
