Bismihi Ta`ala

*THE POWER GAME.*Before the creation of man, it was known between the angels that the main ambition of man will be to gain power at any cost. Even at the cost of murdering other humans:
وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً قَالُوا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَنْ يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاءَ [البقرة : 30]
‘’And when your Lord told the angels: I intend to establish –human-a vicegerent on earth. So they said: Are You establishing those who would cause chaos in the world and those who would spill blood?’’(2:30)The ambition to rule and be chief has been ravaging societies, families and states from the beginning of time. But muslims are those who fear Allah and are concerned about the rights of the opponents.That is why muslims has not assaulted upon Africans and Indians to enslave, loot and to ransack. But rather Islam came to these land not to rule over them, but rather to liberate them from the unjust social trends, to establish honest government and take out usurping monarchs to establish the social security of the poor and handicapped. History write that France, Portugal, England and Americans killed millions in Africa and enslaved much more. Until today, the Kohinoor of the Indian muslims is still kept by England. They know no other way but to steal, loot and colonialize, that is why they still support their ‘’allies’’ Israel to terrorize and steal the land of Palestinian muslims.Hazrat Rib`ee Ibn `Amir r.a. clearly define our objective of conquest is not for the wealth of the country nor its raw materials. But rather to give freedom of heart and thoughts to the populace so that they may recognize their true Lord:حياة الصحابة – الكاندهلوي – (فقالوا له: ما جاء بكم؟ فقال: الله ابتعثنا لنخرج من شاء من عبادة العباد إلى عبادة الله، ومن ضِيق الدنيا إلى سعَتَها، ومن جَوْر الأديان إلى عدل الإِسلام، فأرسلنا بدينه إلى خلقه لندعوهم إليه؛ فمن قبل ذلك قبلنا منه ورجعنا عنه، ومن أبى قاتلناه أبداً حتى نفضيَ إلى موعود الله، قالوا: وما موعودُ الله؟ قال: الجنة لمن مات على قتال من أبى، والظفر لمن بقي.
Rustom asked Rib`ee r.a.: ‘’What made you come here?’’He answered: ‘’Allah Ta`ala sent us to change the way of life of whoever He wishes from the servitude of men to the servitude of the Lord of mankind. To relieve them from the entanglement of this world towards its openness. To free them from the unjust beliefs they are in to bring them towards the moderation of Islam. Sent us with His deen to propagate it to mankind…(Hayatus Sahabah)So Islam does not rule to impose, loot or sack. But rather to free the populace from darkness towards the light of guidance of a better world and a better here after.The fight for power and wealth will continue until human will live. The rise of criminality in the world today was a prophecy of the beloved prophet Muhammad Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam:صحيح البخاري – ()قال أخبرني حميد بن عبد الرحمن أن أبا هريرة قالقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يتقارب الزمان وينقص العمل ويلقى الشح ويكثر الهرج قالوا وما الهرج قال القتل القتل
 Rasouloullah Swalallahou `Alaihi Wasallam said: ‘’Time will go by quickly, there will be less good actions, people will be miserly greedy and there will be lots of crimes.’’(Bukhari)The greed for land, wealth and rule will persist until Allah Ta`ala will annihilate completely the human kind from the earth. Then The All Mighty will raise His voice swirling around the universe: ‘’For who is the rule today? ’’ No reply will be heard until He Himself He will say: ‘’The rule today is for Allah alone, the Unique, The All-Dominant.’’(40:16)تفسير القرطبي – ()قال محمد بن كعب قوله سبحانه:” لِمَنِ الْمُلْكُ الْيَوْمَ” يكون بين النفختين حين فني الخلق وبقي الخالق فلا يرى غير نفسه مالكا ولا مملوكا فيقول:” لِمَنِ الْمُلْكُ الْيَوْمَ” فلا يجيبه أحد، لأن الخلق أموات فيجيب نفسه فيقول:” لِلَّهِ الْواحِدِ الْقَهَّارِ” لأنه بقي وحده وقهر خلقهالمستدرك على الصحيحين – الحاكم – ()أخبرنا أبو زكريا العنبري ، ثنا محمد بن عبد السلام ، ثنا إسحاق ، أنبأ جرير ، عن سليمان التيمي ، عن أبي نضرة ، عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما ، قال : « ينادي مناد بين يدي الساعة : يا أيها الناس أتتكم الساعة ، فيسمعها الأحياء والأموات وينزل الله إلى السماء الدنيا فينادي : لمن الملك اليوم لله الواحد القهار
 Whatever land, wealth, gold, diamonds etc that people are fighting for today belong to Allah and one day, its properties will return again fully to Allah Ta`ala:
وَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ بِمَا آتَاهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ هُوَ خَيْرًا لَهُمْ بَلْ هُوَ شَرٌّ لَهُمْ سَيُطَوَّقُونَ مَا بَخِلُوا بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلِلَّهِ مِيرَاثُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ [آل عمران : 180]

‘’And to Allah belong the inheritance of the skies and the earth.’’(3:180)Today we are given a few choices and a few opportunities for action. So fasten to accomplish the best actions with the given opportunities and the given lifetime. Those who will use his ability of health, wealth and life for the upliftment of deen in himself and his environment, then there will be good reckoning on the day of judgement. But those who would be greedy on this world, miserly towards performing good actions and spending, then a hard reckoning await them after death.So be humble. No need for power game. All power and might is for Allah Ta’ala alone. So do ask Him for help.
