Min Nisaab is Rs 35000 and gold is 90 gram, in this context, if a person does not have the mininum nisaab on gold i.e 52 gram and she has 45000 cash at bank, zakaat is applicable on the cash only or both?

Zakaat applicable since we need to take silver nisaab for both: Rs 30000. Hence Rs 2425 is Zakaat due.
