Sequence in pelting, qurbani & shaving head?

Is it necessary to follow the sequence in the following: 1. Pelting, 2. Qurbani, 3. Shaving the head.

Yes, it is wajib (obligatory). Rasoolullah (saw) and the sahabah always did it in this manner and the fuqaha sahabah classified it as wajib. Hadith of Muslim.
