My aunt passed away and she had no children. She owed me Rs 30000. She left a husband and 3 brothers and one sister. She had also 2 step brothers (from mothers` side). She made a wish that someone should perform hajj on her behalf.

According to information provided, after paying funeral expenses, the whole estate will be liable for the debts. If after paying Rs 30000, there are money left, then the wasiyah of hajj will be fulfilled from one third of the remainder. The remaining two third will be distributed between her heirs. The husband will inherit half of the remainder and the brothers and sisters would inherit the other half. One brother will get twice the share of the sister. The two step brothers will not inherit her in this case.
