My two sons age 7 and 9 have their accounts seperately and have R15 000 in each. But i intend to use the money later. Is zakat faraz?If yes, how should i calculate it?

Zakaat is faraz on this money, since you kept it for future use. Hence Rs 30 000 * 0.025 = Rs 750
