I owe a contractor Rs200,000 and till now he has not come to take his money. This money is still in my bank account and anytime he may come and collect it. Should I pay zakat on it? Also some people have worked at my house and I have to pay them, so is this accounted as a debt?Are they waived off for Zakat?

No zakaat on creditors. All these mentioned are creditors and hence should not be accounted in Zakaat. Or should be substracted from asset.
