Is the dua of a person who smokes accepted? And the one who commits adultery?

Smoking cigarette is makrooh, but the dua of a person who smokes is accepted. The etiquette of dua is to clean the mouth before making dua. It is sunnah to use miswak after consuming something which has a bad odour.
