If both husband and wife work but the wife’s income is only R5000, is qurbani faraz on both of them?

If both of them have nisaab (Rs 30000), then only qurbani will be wajib on both. Else it will be wajib on the one who has Rs 30000 or more in money or jewelry during the days of Zil Hijjah.
