Is it correct to re-enter Makkah multiple times so as to perform many umrah?

Yes, as long as you are respecting the maslas surrounding multiple umrahs. One must complete one umrah and come out of ihram and then one may go to Masjid Aisha or Arafah so as to make niyat of another umrah and then perform the umrah.
