My wife had a miscarriage,the conditions after that is same as nifaas? Must she wait for forty days to be able to do namaaz again?

In between one monthly cycle of 7 days and other monthly cycle there’s spotting or sometime little bit of blood stains. is it haiz. as told before it’s due to hormonal imbalance. can I offer salat? or I have to take ghusl each time I notice it?

If i need to perform ghusl after sehri in Ramadhan but i gargle and put water in nose with intention of ghusl before sehri time ends, will my ghusl count if i do not put water again in nose and i don’t gargle?
