Can a haiza make dua in Ramadhan

Can a haiza (one who got her menses) perform wudhu and make dua in the last 10 days of Ramadhan as ibadat? Will the du’a be accepted same like if a non-haiza would have done it?

Yes she can make du’a and it will be accepted same like that of a non-haiza. She should read this du’a:  Allahoumma innaka `afou woun tihoubul `afwa fa`fou anni.
