Bismihi Ta`ala
*Those who have not sighted the moon on Tuesday 22nd August and hence they would be celebrating Eid ul Adhaa on Saturday, then they will fast 9th Zul Hijjah or Arafah on Friday 1st September 2017. They may fast ONLY FRIDAY also.*
وَيَوْمُ الْجُمُعَةِ وَلَوْ مُنْفَرِدًا ) صَرَّحَ بِهِ فِي النَّهْرِ وَكَذَا فِي الْبَحْرِ فَقَالَ : إنَّ صَوْمَهُ بِانْفِرَادِهِ مُسْتَحَبٌّ عِنْدَ الْعَامَّةِ كَالِاثْنَيْنِ وَالْخَمِيسِ

فَذَلِكَ صِيَامٌ غَيْرُ مَقْصُودٍ بِهِ إِلَى يَوْمٍ بِعَيْنِهِ فِي نَفْسِهِ . وَلَكِنَّهُ صِيَامٌ مَقْصُودٌ بِهِ فِي وَقْتٍ شُكْرًا لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لِعَارِضٍ كَانَ فِيهِ , فَلَا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ . وَكَذَلِكَ أَيْضًا يَوْمُ الْجُمُعَةِ إِذَا صَامَهُ رَجُلٌ شُكْرًا لِعَارِضٍ , مِنْ كُسُوفِ شَمْسٍ أَوْ قَمَرٍ , أَوْ شُكْرًا لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ , فَلَا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ , وَإِنْ لَمْ يَصُمْ قَبْلَهُ وَلَا بَعْدَهُ يَوْمًا

*OBLIGATORY TAKBEER TASHREEQ.*
*As from 9th Zul Hijjah either Thursday or Friday depending on your moon sighting, men and women, whether in travel or at home, they should read the Takbeers after Farz salaahs. Men aloud after Farz jamaats. *And women SILENTLY after their individual salaahs at home.* *A masbooq or someone missed rakaats will also read compulsorily after salaam, but not aloud.*
عن ابن عباس رضي الله عنهما قال كنت أعرف انقضاء صلاة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بالتكبير

Hazrat Ibn Abbaas r.a. said that I knew about the termination of salaah when I heard the Takbeer.(Bukhari) Muhaqiqeen ulamas said that Ibn Abaas r.a. was about 9 years old in hajj and hence this riwayat is brought to the days of Tashreeq coming.

So those celebrating Eid ul Adhaa on Friday, they will start Takbeer from Thursday Fajr until Monday Assr. And those celebrating Eid ul Adhaa on Saturday will start Takbeer as from Friday Fajr until Tuesday Assr.* *The Crux is from 9th Zul Hijjah Fajr until 13th Zul Hijjah Assr.* *The takbeer is :
* اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ لَا إلَهَ إلَّا اللَّهُ وَاَللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ وَلِلَّهِ الْحَمْدُ *
