*Covido-politics.*

*You see, this is not the first serious flu viral infection that has gripped us.*

*Every year or so, we do get killer flus. It’s was just less infectious and less lethal. But please note that there were deaths. I am reading on the subject as from 13 years old Alhamdulillah. So why all health and governments are all on alert  on the Covid-19 viral infection?**Well, first of all, Covid is very infectious. And our health system cannot cater for the infected population at one time as per hospital beds and very less on intensive care. And that’s where politics gets aroused.**Because if the government allows Covid to infiltrate naturally and let the 99% of population develop their own antibodies, then about 1 or less than 1 percent of the population would find death.**Less than 1 percent is little. But the families of the deceased would accuse the present  government of negligence that caused the death of their beloved ones. Then the families in whole would vote block against those who negligently caused deaths of a family member or various family members. To avoid losing votes that governments use drastic measures like lock downs, distancing, compulsory vaccination, etc.**Well even you are aware of it now, you still need to follow the government rules, unless contradict with shariah. And there is no shariah violation in these measures. Because they legislate our laws, we are victim of the system. This reminds me of the hadith that Rasouloullah Swalallahou Alaihi Wasallam told us that the muslim ummah would be like carried away piece of wood  etc by heavy rain .

*حَدَّثَنا أبُو داوُدَ قالَ: حَدَّثَنا أبُو الأشْهَبِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ التَّمِيمِيِّ العَبْشَمِيِّ، عَنْ ثَوْبانَ مَوْلى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قالَ: «يُوشِكُ أنْ تَداعى عَلَيْكُمُ الأُمَمُ كَما تَداعى القَوْمُ إلى قَصْعَتِهِمْ» قالَ: قِيلَ: مِن قِلَّةٍ؟ قالَ: «لا ولَكِنَّهُ غُثاءٌ كَغُثاءِ السَّيْلِ يُجْعَلُ الوَهَنُ فِي قُلُوبِكُمْ، ويُنْزَعُ الرُّعْبُ مِن قُلُوبِ عَدُوِّكُمْ لِحُبِّكُمُ الدُّنْيا وكَراهِيَتِكُمُ المَوْتَسنن ابي داود*

The hadith talks of non Muslims ruling and looting the Muslim nations one after the other. The cause is that Muslims have developed love for dunya in their hearts and disliking death. So we will be carried away by the flow helplessly. **Well, we are just hearing of new waves, new regulations, new vaccines, vaccine  passport, etc. Taken by the waves  of heavy rain fall. We are taken by the flow, unfortunately. That was predicted by Rasouloullah Swalallahou Alaihi Wasallam.**Well, i am telling you all that not to rebel against authorities, but to understand the worry that they have to secure life of citizens and subsequently their leadership seats. Food for thought.* *In the flow of covido-politics, medicine producers, vaccine  producers see a wave of profit. Because demand increases for medication  during pandemics. No secret that they realize trillions of profits. But this is NOT a reason for you not to take medication or vaccination. Because they were always doing their business for decades. And we were buyers of these medication. The importance is medical prescription of a doctor. Not “politico-click” doctors please.**Now, the express approval of vaccines, the drastic health measures, etc are the reactions to the dangers of death that may occur in the society.**But every government has an opposition sitting opposite him. So that’s where the opposition party*  *crack the politics of pushing against the current trends.* *They gather opposition encouraging the**public to rebel against the drastic health measures,** *marchs, *public gathering, electrifying the social media,etc to oppose.* *Merely to oppose to achieve more votes next election.* *Or they may use covid death stats to accuse the government as faulty.**Khair, I see the same trend between ulamas. If a “click” of ulamas is pro-vax, then de-facto, the others click to oppose.* *Politicians, ulamas politics should rather help the society to confront the sickness. Not to politicize the health hazard situation.**Finally, because of covido-politics, I would advise that you turn to your local muslim doctor that is pious and know his job for your medical treatment including vaccination. And to your local mufti that is honest and free from politics/extremes for halaal/haraam issues of vaccination or medication.*
